 Happy Mother's Day '08
           I am having a few health problems
and won't be around too much until this is better
feeling pretty bad right now
Hopefully it just goes away as soon as it came
but I need to get some rest and will be off
the computer for a while
As soon as I am better I will be back here
and
be visiting all those that have come to my space
hopefully real soon
Nothing serious, not sure what it is yet
and don't even feel well enough to go to the dr's to find out
so hopefully it too will pass very soon
and I'll be back to my normal nutty self
until then

and for leaving such great comments
I will be back soon, probably just some kind of stomach flu
and it will leave my body soon
I put up the pics from the baptism of my family
I hope you enjoyed them as much as I enjoyed the day
it was a little different from the way they do it in the Catholic Church
the way I was raised, it was like an entire group of different families
out side at the new pool at the YMCA over by my daughter's
it started out with one grandson .. then ended up 3 of my grands that were there
my son, and my hubby, I have been asking him to have it done for ages!
and he finally did it along with one of my grandson's
it was a great day ... for everyone
then swimming in the kiddie pool with my sweet littlest grand Chloe
who will be 2 yrs old in July it was so much fun with her!
Really glad I didn't feel like this over the weekend
or it wouldn't have happened ... I barely spent any time out of bed last night
and the night is my day
I'm going there now for the day, which is when we sleep
so hopefully tonight when I get up I'll be back to normal
I really hope ...
but if I don't get back before Sunday
I wish you all a wonderful Day on Mother's Day

As Promised a lil joke for you
hope it makes you laugh or smile
A man left for work one Friday afternoon.
But it was payday, so instead of going home,
he stayed out the entire weekend partying with the boys
and spending his entire pay check.
When he finally appeared at home on Sunday night,
he was confronted by his angry wife and was barraged for nearly two hours
with a tirade befitting his actions.
Finally his wife stopped the nagging and said to him,
"How would you like it if you didn't see me for two or three days?"
He replied,
"That would be fine with me.
"Monday went by and he didn't see his wife.
Tuesday and Wednesday came and went with the same results.
But on Thursday,
the swelling went down just enough where he
could see her a little out of the corner of his left eye.

 My life
and
welcome to it...
what a mess it's been for me lately
and I have just got to use my blog to blow off all
this steam building up inside my mind!!
ok here is what has been going on in my life
back in the end of January of this year
a friend .. or so what I thought was a friend
called me with a problem... I had known him for going on 4 years
we met through my space one time when he came to see it
and lived here in Vegas so we began a friendship
I have always had more male friends than I have women friends
probably goes back to my child hood like so many other things
I was daddy's little girl, I was the youngest of my family
just my sister who is four years older than .. and that was it
so she was more or less attached to my mother
whom I always had a hard time relating to ...
but that's another story.. could write book on that one...
but this friend turned out to be from back east
where all my family is from and from the state that they are all in
in Indiana... so we got along great .. talking on messenger
and on the phone from time to time
Well this particular night that he called .. he was having a lot of problems
His life was falling apart and so many things had gone wrong for him
during the time we were on vacation in Oregon....
He was losing his place that he lived in, losing his car and about to
lose his girlfriend
she was leaving him and moving to New Mexico..
everything was falling apart
I knew back about two years ago that he was doing some very bad drugs
and for some reason I thought I could help him out of that
he really needed to get away to some place where people especially
the ones that were helping his drug habit and get clean
before even worse things happened to him
My husband knew that we were friends and would talk every now and then
so I said I would talk to him about renting out our spare bedroom to him
the next morning when he got home
Well my hubby being the great guy that he is..
said it would be ok and we decided to set up a time for him to come over
and meet with him and we would talk about a price for rent that would help him
get his life back to normal...
fast forward to today.. and my life is a living hell
this guy has just about done everything to make sure
of that
that once he moves from here.. which has got to be very soon
or I will lose my mind, so many things in just a short time
The drug problem is over
and
At least his girlfriend is back and she is a good woman,
I had the chance
to talk to her a few nights ago... and they are getting an apartment together
I really wish her luck, because he is impossible to get along with...
I won't spend your time on here going on about all the things .. that he has done
to make me want him out of here so much..
it is just awful around here...
along with all my physical problems I just don't need this in my life
I thought I was doing a good deed helping him
Learned a valuable lesson, and it won't happen again .. that's for sure
that's sad to think that way, I have always lived my life
with the mantra of treating others the way you would like to be treated
and hopefully someday I will feel that way... again
for now ..
I am just depressed over this so much..
so I am going to put in this funny video
God knows we all could all
use a good laugh..

 HAPPY EARTH DAY ...ALL OF SPACE LAND AND ALL OF EARTHS CREATURES LARGE, SMALL, ALL SIZES.. CELEBRATE THE EARTH ..I had the second part of my root canal
today..
I was going to stay away until I'm feeling better
I am in a lot of pain tonight.. it was a rough time
at the dentist today .. a lot of drilling and shots
etc... to get it all ready for the permanent crown
I have a temporary cap on it right now
and my gum is so very sore and the cap under it
is giving me a lot of pain and discomfort tonight
so I came back earlier then I thought I would
because of what today ... 4/22 means to us all
and wanted to share a video with you
and good link on how we can all do out part to help
the crisis we all face on earth... this world
we all share.. and how things just aren't going so great right now
but there are a few little things that we can do to help change that
one day at a time...

something that we all need to give
great care
if we don't the generations to come
will have not have
a good drop of
ocean
land or air
please do your part as I am doing too
to preserve the earth for the future
long after we are all gone
so that the next generations
will have a beautiful world
to live on and in
be a part of and to enjoy
it is for our children, children's children and their children's children
and many more after that
so they may live and enjoy what we have all taken for granted
EARTH...
for their family's and the ones after
it is a cause we all need to be aware of
this is our earth, given to us from a higher power
please take care of it so there
will
be
many tomorrows and tomorrows after that
for it is the only real gift we can give those after us
we need to be aware of what we are doing now
not another day...
all of us
and
I say this from my heart
and from my soul.....
please ...
let's all get together on this now
before it's too late...
the time is past due, we all need
to make changes now..
or there will be no
tomorrow..
